Regina Spektor – What we saw from the cheap seats (2012)


The third album from the slightly weird Ms Spektor and it doesn’t disappoint. Quirky pop – an acquired taste I guess. You either like her voice (with some strange vocal tics) or you don’t.

Went to see her play the Opera House a couple of years ago and was endearingly shy / cute, and her voice was really strong.

Best song: All the Rowboats. Pretty much sums up the album in a few minutes.
