Liquid Tension Experiment 2

ImageOne of my staple albums I listen to while coding.

There are no lyrics on these tracks

“Liquid Tension Experiment (LTE) is an instrumental progressive rock/metal supergroup, founded by Dream Theater’s former drummer Mike Portnoy in 1997. The band has released two albums through Magna Carta Records.”

This is the imaginatively (I bet they were up all night) titled 2nd album: Liquid Tension Experiment 2.

IAMX – The Alternative

The Alternative is the second album by IAMX released in the UK in 2007.

There is a very Muse-esque feel about the tracks, which I love (check out track 1)

The lyrics of one of the songs, I didn’t like at all.  As I’m a guitarist, this doesn’t bother me much, as I don’t hear lyrics; or do I….

enjoy the music 🙂

The Feeling – Twelve Stops and Home

Hi Everyone.  Thanks for the opportunity to inflict share the music I’m listening to.

From Wikipedia:

“Twelve Stops and Home is the debut album by The Feeling, released on the 5th of June 2006.

The album’s title refers to the twelve stops on the Piccadilly Line of the London Underground from Leicester Square to Bounds Green. Lead singer Dan Gillespie Sells grew up in Bounds Green and lived a short walk from the tube station.

Their name comes from a neon sign seen on a bar (Le Feeling) in Paris.”

I like the popiness of Strange with strong piano melody and lots of vocal stuff going on..  Love it When You Call has a real anthemic feel..

This album makes me stop and smile.
